Gift-a-book
The Cougar Ridge PTSA sponsors a wonderful program called gift-a-book.
When a book or funds are donated to gift-a-book, the honoree is recognized in the gift-a-book display outside the Media Center, and they have their name placed on a bookplate in the donated book. Student's birthdays or achievements, teachers, classroom volunteers, grandparents - all have been recognized.
If there is a particular book you are considering for a gift-a-book donation, or are wondering if the collection has books on a particular subject, please check the library catalog.
A great many wonderful books have been added to the library collection thanks to gift-a-book donations.
